Meet the Leadership Team

Vanessa Rose

PRESIDENT / LEAD STRATEGIST

Having founded Voyager 27 years ago, Vanessa’s vision is ultimately community-focused – leading Voyager from an award-winning brand marketing collective – to breaking new ground in both environmental design and place-making as well as experiential marketing.

By nature a collaborator and connector, she is in constant pursuit of new and differentiated strategies to connect brands and audiences through meaningful engagements. A specialist in experiential marketing, for 2 years, Vanessa also led the marketing teams, as CMO for Pompei AD in NYC – one of the most prestigious architectural design firms in the US –  internationally renowned for their work in unconventional retail and community-engaging space design.

Her 30+ years of experience has been primarily focused within architectural place-making, destination marketing and brand building within the real estate, automotive and fashion industries.

Russell Noe

PRINCIPAL / CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Russ is able to merge creative vision with strategic, brand-based thinking. He has spent three decades as a creative director, designer, stylist and copywriter for television, video, print advertising, collateral and environmental designs for diverse categories in automotive, retail, and integrated use projects–featuring retail, dining, office, hotel and residential.

A select list of clients and collaborations include Saab Cars, Coca-Cola, Proctor & Gamble, FedEx, The Irvine Company, Kemper Development Company, DMB Associates and 2 Rodeo Drive.

Russ develops high impact and differentiated, creative experiences for visionary brands that deliver business objectives and “wow” factor.

Scott Faucheux

PLACEMAKING & PROGRAMMING DIRECTOR

Scott brings 25 years of transformative place design to Voyager. Scott’s award-winning projects for retail, hospitality, exhibition, experiential marketing and place-based media have been successful by strategically executing business objectives and visitor experiences through the wonder of well-crafted places. His unique global perspective and extensive knowledge, coupled with his passion in designing for immersive environments, has given him unparalleled insight into unique programming concepts that bring communities to life.

Scott is based in New York, and over his 13-year history with Voyager, has been key to Voyager’s Audience Immersion Work, Space Planning for Sales Centers, and unprecedented Strategic Programming Concepts for our mixed use clientele.

Prior, Scott served as OSK’s Creative Director for the Americas, and was deeply involved in luxury experiential marketing for Daimler AG’s entire global portfolio. He has served as Executive Design Director for MDLab, a specialist strategic design group for Samsung Electronics based in Munich and London, and as Executive Design Director for Pompei A.D., a prestigious retail and experiential design company that merges Commerce, Culture and Community to create new paradigms in retail and marketing experiences.

Cecil Schmidt

ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN DIRECTOR

Cecil is a multifaceted spatial designer with over 20 years in production design, theatrical design, graphic production and fine art. He is the design lead and project manager for all sales centers, trade show exhibits, architectural and interior installations.

He lives for producing unique projects in film, TV, advertising, hospitality, and commercial interiors with clients such as Andre Balazs Properties (The Standard), Morgans Hotel Group (Mondrian), Toyota, ABC, Fox Sports, and Disney.

His early immersion in the digital universe and far-reaching creative vision allows him to synthesize and meld technology and art to realize complex projects, concept to installation.

Thom Meredith

INTERACTIVE DESIGN DIRECTOR

Thom heads up all things web-related for Voyager.

With more than 20 years of experience in web development, digital workflow and communication design, Thom has served as art director for Looking, managing projects for Warner Bros., SONY and the Los Angeles Public Library; as interactive and print designer for the Los Angeles Times Magazine overseeing the website, iPad app and print production; and as a solution architect and interactive director on projects for RE/MAX, Edmunds.com, LA Times Media Group, Chicago Tribune and Wikia. He currently teaches interaction design and development at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California.

Bradford Klemmer

INTERACTIVE ART DIRECTOR

An award-winning, multidisciplinary designer and world-class user experience architect, Brad has over a decade of experience working with Fortune 500 companies and start-ups, both B2B and B2C, across multiple categories including: healthcare, real estate, technology, digital currency, education, fashion, beverage, and entertainment. His unique skill-set spans from branding and product strategy to information architecture, from user experience design to social media engagement—from technology development management to application deployment.

Erick Bryner

PRODUCTION DESIGNER

With over 20 years in the advertising and design industry, and 18 of those with Voyager, Erick is an essential part of the creative process.

As an expert in art production and digital imaging, Erick ensures that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards possible. In addition, he is an accomplished retouching artist and works with top fashion and lifestyle photographers on a variety of highly visible fashion, retail, automotive and medical brands.

When not in the studio, Erick can be found hanging from speedboats or helicopters around the country as a well-published motorsports photographer.

Amy Guilfoile

PROJECT MANAGER

As seasoned project manager with 16 years of agency experience, Amy brings a myriad of skills in organizing, facilitating and managing project workflows. Prior to joining Voyager, Amy held roles as a program director and production manager at various agencies, managing all phases of client projects, from research to development and deployment, in such diverse backgrounds as retail, B2C and healthcare.
