Home to such iconic brands as Versace, Jimmy Choo, Lanvin and Tiffany & Co. as well as the famous European-inspired “Via,” Two Rodeo Drive had lost its luster as “The” Beverly Hills shopping destination. Voyager strategized to create a vital identity and differentiated positioning, clearly distinguishing the property from its surrounding Rodeo Drive competition. This differentiation fueled a wildly successful and iconic advertising campaign that cast the property in an artful, whimsical and stylish category all its own.
Our efforts attracted a hipper, local, and affluent audience, creating an exciting cultural “it” spot for the international style set. After 5 years of marketing strategy, campaign work, and remerchandising, Two Rodeo was sold for a then-record profit at the highest per square foot of any retail project in the U.S.
