Produced by Voyager, The Gridiron Sales Center in Pioneer Square (Seattle, WA) is a project consisting of design/build, brand content development, production, and all furniture, fixtures and equipment (FFE) items for this 2200 sq. ft. space, promoting the sales of 107 condominiums atop this historic 102 year-old building. The Gridiron Sales Center is located at 510 Occidental Avenue South and is open to the public during the week. We invite you to visit! This project was completed for Daniels Real Estate, a prominent Seattle developer.
Voyager designed and oversaw build-out of the Gridiron Sales Center, combining the contemporary with the historic vibe, through materials and content that reflect this unique architectural challenge. Upon opening, initial sales far-exceeded expectations.
