Our debut client, Saab was looking to grow its After-Market Accessories Program and engage customers with a more meaningful and longer-lasting brand relationship, Voyager re-invented Saab’s After-Market Accessories Division by rethinking the business and its distribution channels. Voyager created a strategically brand-aligned merchandise program that incentivized significant participation at the dealer level. Further, Voyager established and managed the fulfillment component to the program, while also creating a harmonious blend of collateral, POP systems, advertising, and groundbreaking sponsorships.
